Travel Grant Applications DUE

Nu Rho Psi is inviting inducted members to apply for travel funding to support travel to the Society for Neuroscience Annual Meeting!

This year SfN will be held between November 15 – 19  in San Diego, CA.

Members will be selected to receive $1000 in travel support, with priority given to two members from each region.  Checks will be distributed after the meeting (you must provide itemized receipts to the Executive Director).
To apply, please provide:
  • Name, NRP Chapter, and Region
  • A Personal Statement discussing how attending SfN will benefit you (500 word max)
  • Documentation showing your Abstract has been submitted for presentation at SfN 2025
  • A letter from your Research Advisor supporting your application for a travel grant. The advisor should comment on other potential sources of funding.
  • A spreadsheet of estimated travel expenses (airfare/hotel/etc and mileage if driving) and supporting documentation
