SYNAPSE Research Conference
SYNAPSE (Symposium for Young Neuroscientists And Professors of the SouthEast) is a regional symposium for undergraduate students doing neuroscience research. The goals of the symposium are to provide students with an avenue to present their scientific endeavors and an opportunity to network with like-minded peers. In addition to this, we aim to present students with professional development opportunities that will help them advance towards an advanced degree and/or career in the field of neuroscience.
Preliminary Schedule:
9:00am Check-in
9:30am Lightning talks
10:45am Keynote address by Leon Coleman, MD PhD
11:45am Concurrent sessions
12:45pm Lunch
2:00pm Poster session
3:30pm Closing remarks
Registration Fee: $35 for undergraduate students and $50 for faculty, postdocs or graduate students.
Registration and abstract submission must be completed by Friday, March 27
