SYNAPSE (Symposium for Young Neuroscientists And Professors of the SouthEast) is a regional symposium for undergraduate students doing neuroscience research. The goals of the symposium are to provide students with an avenue to present their scientific endeavors and an opportunity to network with like-minded peers. In addition to this, we aim to present students with professional development opportunities that will help them advance towards an advanced degree and/or career in the field of neuroscience.
