Thank you so much to everybody who was able to attend! We hope you enjoyed meeting your peers, learning more about the organization’s initiatives, and choosing next year’s annual theme!

Keynote address
Due to unexpected technical difficulties during the meeting, Dr. Yu was unable to present her keynote address as planned. This was disappointing to all involved, and as such Dr. Yu and the National Council are working together to create different opportunities! Dr. Yu will be recording her keynote address, which will be uploaded to our website and podcast, and further emailed to those who registered.
AND
We’re excited to announce that our Communications Team will be hosting Dr. Yu for a LIVE Q&A in the future! More details about this opportunity to come.
We recognize this wasn’t within anybody’s plans on Sunday, and hope that by providing these alternative opportunities, it will amplify the reach of her presentation, deepen the understanding of neuropolitics, and provide further opportunities for involvement by talking with Dr. Yu about directly about neuropolitics, science communication, and community outreach.
While you wait, we invite you to learn more about Dr. Yu and her work here: [Dr. Yu’s page]
2026-2027 Annual Theme
You told us what you felt was most important to focus on next year, and the community voted. Next year’s Annual Theme is: Neuroscience & Artificial Intelligence (AI)!
More details to come in Fall 2026!
